Golf Psychology

An awareness of how important psychology is in playing satisfying golf led me to study for and be awarded a Diploma in Sports Psychology.

This I have adapted and amended as a result of experience and observation resulting in a one-day course entitled "Practical Golf Psychology"

During this course, you are taken through the various aspects of how you ought to think on the golf course and perhaps why "the bit between your ears" sometimes hinders you rather than helps you.

It is essentially practical in nature and as well as look at the psychology, we look at the impact of nutrition and hydration on your game. Also your clubs are looked at for suitability and in the afternoon we play a round of golf which allows me to observe, comment and make suggestions on how you conduct yourself mentally out on the course.

The price for this 1 -day Course is £95 including a booklet on Practical Golf Psychology and a round of golf.
